The RVXX is the new engine homologated for the 2010-2018 in the KZ1 and KZ2 categories. With the RVXX, Vortex wants to lead the next challenges.
The new engne has been developed on the technical basis of its predecessor, moreover with RVXX, Vortex has improved all the winning concepts of its products becoming an important element for gear categories.
The shapes of the RVXX single -cylinder architecture with water cooling through an external pump are now more compact and functional
Vortex made a long and careful look in order to improve every single detail of its products. This is the reason why the engine basement, completely renewed is lighter and more compact.
The cylinder and the head are mounted in a nearly vertical position. In this way it is possible to work in a better way with all the mechanical components of the basement.
Vortex paid great attention to the thermodynamic research regarding the air flow and the liquid cooling channels. In RVXX these features reached excellent standards.
The crankcase has a new rubber inlet manifold that slightly modifies the inclination compared to the previous engine.
Every part of the new RVXX has been developed and improved, so Vortex made an engine with a perfect synchronism of all the parts, increasing its quality and achieving the best performance.
